Ethan and Hila Klein filed for divorce before publicly announcing their separation, according to a report by TMZ, which says it reviewed documents filed by Hila. The documents reportedly list October 13, 2026, as the date of their separation, three days after their 14th wedding anniversary.
Hila is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three children and spousal support. She is also asking Ethan to pay her divorce legal fees and to restore her maiden name, TMZ reported. Hila has hired attorney Laura Wasser to represent her.
The filing follows Hila’s October 22 public allegation that Ethan had been having an affair for more than six months. Ethan responded by reposting her Instagram posts and saying he would give up his ownership stakes in Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow and their other projects. He also stepped away from the H3 podcast, which remains on hiatus.
Ethan has asked people to respect his family’s privacy and not contact them. The couple’s next steps, including whether the podcast will return, have not been reported.
