Evo Brazil 2027 will take place at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo from 26 to 28 March, featuring eight games and at least R$1m in guaranteed prize money. Competitor registration and ticket sales opened on 27 October.
The main-event lineup includes Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, Guilty Gear -Strive-, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, Mortal Kombat 1, Street Fighter 6, TEKKEN 8 and THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV. All eight tournaments will use open brackets, allowing any registered player to compete. Evo has not yet announced how the prize pool will be divided among the games.
Tournament entry costs R$50 per game. The first batch of spectator passes is priced at R$180 for one day or R$490 for all three days and is available until 28 December. Later ticket batches will cost R$250 for a single day and R$690 for the full event, according to the official Evo Brazil website.
Ticket sales were briefly paused on launch day after Evo identified an internal technical error affecting the prices displayed on its website. Sales resumed later that evening, and buyers who purchased tickets before the correction will receive a partial refund for the difference.
The event programme will also include an Evo Museum, an Artist Alley, cosplay activities, an arcade area and space for community-run side tournaments. Visa and PlayStation Tournaments are backing the event as global partners.
