Rockstar Games has brought forward the GTA 6 preload date and confirmed that players will be able to get a physical map of Leonida. The game is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026.
Preloading will begin on November 10. PlayStation 5 players can start downloading at midnight local time, while Xbox Series X|S preloads open globally at 12 AM GMT. That corresponds to 7 PM ET on November 9 in North America.
Rockstar says the game may require up to 212GB of available storage, depending on the console. The company also confirmed that a digital map of Leonida will be available as a free download. A physical version is due shortly after launch through the Rockstar store for $0.99, or as a free gift with any purchase.
Regional store listings indicate that GTA 6 will unlock at midnight on launch day, with New Zealand getting access roughly 18 hours before North America. The game’s release date remains November 19.
