Marcel Johnson, a TikTok creator known as “celnoshell,” has died at 32 after a 15-month battle with stage 4 stomach cancer. His wife, Taylor Johnson, confirmed his death in a social media post, saying he died at 4:45 p.m. on November 2.

Taylor wrote that her husband had fought for a long time while enduring exhaustion and pain. She also said his final words to her and Dedric earlier that day were, “I’m ready to go.” According to her post, he continued to hold on through the day, giving the family more time together.

Johnson had documented his diagnosis, treatment and family life for hundreds of thousands of TikTok followers. The father of five, from Michigan, was diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma in August 2025 after seeking medical help for stomach pain. He previously said doctors told him he would need chemotherapy for the rest of his life.

Johnson and Taylor also ran Lil Daddy’s Cheesecakes in Mount Clemens, Michigan. After his diagnosis, local businesses and residents organized fundraisers and contributed money to help the family with medical and living expenses.

Taylor said she was struggling to process her husband’s death and asked fans not to use AI-generated images of Marcel and the family to honor him. Johnson is survived by Taylor and their five sons.
