Xbox has unveiled the Series X-BITE, a custom creation measuring more than five feet from snout to tail, with a working Xbox Series X built into a realistic alligator replica. The company revealed it on November 3 as part of a sweepstakes inspired by Florida, where Xbox is heading this month.
The console can be seen through an illuminated Xbox Nexus logo on the alligator’s back. A custom Xbox Wireless Controller, marked with bite details, rests between the replica’s open jaws. The design also includes green eyes with Xbox-inspired pupils and textured scales.
Xbox worked with creature animatronics specialists John Nolan Studio to make the piece, using 3D modeling, sculpting and fabrication. The company says the console remains functional, although the creation is best suited as a display piece. No real alligators were used or harmed.
The one-of-a-kind console is not for sale. US residents aged 18 or older can enter the sweepstakes from November 3 at 9 a.m. PT through November 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. To participate, entrants must follow Xbox on X, Instagram or TikTok, repost the designated sweepstakes post and include #XbiteSweepstakes. Their accounts must be public.
The contest is open to legal residents of all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and no purchase is required. Xbox says the potential winner will have 48 hours to respond after being notified.
